Syntax to invoke ShowSmartInfo Action from Custom Control in Pega 8.2.1

Syntax to invoke ShowSmartInfo Action from Custom Control in Pega 8.2.1.

I need the syntax like below to call ShowSmartInfo if hovering happens over a button or some input text control.

data-hover='

[["processAction",["GLHValidation","Modal Dialog",":event","","Rule-HTML-Section","Standard","pzModalTemplate"]]]'
onmouseover="pega.c.cbe.processBehavior(event, 'data-hover')"

Could someone please help me on this?

I'm not sure about why you need this mark-up for action(showsmartInfo on hover). But following below steps can get you the code/markup you're looking for.

Include this custom non-auto control in a section and add the actions in the action tab of the control properties panel. 

During run-time you should see the markup generated if you inspect using developer tools. If the mark-up is not generated, try by chnaging the 'Applicability' field on actions tab of properties panel to 'both' and reload the screen in run-time.
