I don't have access to download my pega customer decision hub and other softwares need access role support contact for it
can you please help me on this.

Please open your MSP account, there you'll be able to see your support admins.

Click on Support Administrators on the top beside Home after you login to Pega MSP. Then select your account from the dropdown to see the list.
If its not visible that means you're not tagged to any account. Someone from your organization needs to tag you or let you know the support admins details.
