how to have a Support Contact Role Administrators, My account can not send a SR

My account can not send a SR​, it shows my account is not Support Contact Role Administrators​. How to deal with it. Thanks

Hi Shirley,

Slightly unclear about the exact options that is missing at your end, however, not to worry, some of the reasons  that are causing this might be the following- 

-You are not affiliated with a Pega Account or you are not an Authorized Account Contact?

Your Support Contact Administrator can get it sorted out for your account.

Refer the following article to locate the admin- How to check your Account Administrator details on My Support Portal

& additional options are discussed in the following post- https://collaborate.pega.com/question/ho-do-i-create-create-support-request
