You can consider the below approach as a hack to achieve the requirement. Breadcrumbs data will be part of pyFlowData page, which contains the flow name, assignment/steps, their display and disable flags
This page will be populated as part of activity GetFlowData, inside which there is an extension point GetFlowDataDefaults.
Using this you can make the pyDisabled flag for each pySteps (inside pyFlowData page) as true making every breadcrumb disabled.
Please make sure you have conditions that this gets executed only for the required flows otherwise all the screenflows of the application gets effected.

@shahanas In the screenflow ,you can add conditions to the Flowaction and you can disable the Breadcrumb link by checking the "Only going back" check box.
If you wont do so the condition applied to the Flow Action will work only if you click on Flow Action Button, but if you click on Breadcrumb Link it wont be executed.
