Step not being run when running for the 2nd time

Hi all,

We have a flow with the availability to change stage to the previous stage whenever you need. But when we run the case until stage 3, return to stage 2 and then move forward again, instead of going to stage 3 again it goes straight to stage 4.

On clipboard I could find that it got in the stage but did not ran the step within it.

We have PEGA 7.18, "run on re-entry?" checked on all steps and "Close open assignments from current stage on change" on all change stage shapes.

Can someone help?

Hi,

I have tried your scenarios didn't face any issue. Run the case until stage 3, returned to stage 2. Then forwarded the case its moving to stage 3 only not stage 4. 

Do you have any specific criteria in your case ?
