StaticContent\global\ServiceExport (Access is denied)

Hi

i save as MSOGenerateExcelFile for add generate file to project special server folder and not change any OOTB source.

but it's had a WARN log on PegaRules.log as below, and the flow is stop on this error display screen.

com.pega.pegarules.pub.FileNotFoundException: C:\Temp\PegaTempDir\StaticContent\global\ServiceExport (Access is denied)

Is it maybe has problem on OOTB source about here?

if (tools.getParamAsBoolean(PropertyInfo.TYPE_TRUEFALSE, "DownloadFile")) {
pega_rules_default.downloadFile(xlFile.toString(), tools, true);
}

(ps: pega ver is 7.4.0)

Please let me know is there any same or similar issue was happened and how to resolve it?

Hi tiwak1

thanks for you replay, i had find this issue reason,

because when flow use it , some situation the null file name was passed to Above activity, so it happened.

if pass name correctly, it's works well. thanks all the same.

Hi, 

Are you trying to save the generated excel file using MSOGenerateExcelFile to a user defined folder and not as per the system ?

A MSOGenerateExcelFile  expects a template to be upoaded as a binary file .

Can you please elaborate the problem here ?
