Illegal character detected in the path "/StaticContent/global/ServiceExport/TestDoc.pdf:".

Getting below error while trying to implement attachment functionality using pyAttachContent local action in pega 8.1 version:

Illegal character detected in the path "/StaticContent/global/ServiceExport/TestDoc.pdf:". You may not use ",?,*,<,>,|,:

Error occurs when pyUploadFile activity gets executed.

Bug fix is shared on below link, but am unable to get the required fix

Can someone please share the exact fix for the above mentioned issue in pega 8.1 version.
