Log : Couldn't delete file : file://web:/StaticContent/global/ServiceExport/XX.jpg

I have found the error log as blow but do not know the reason.(I can't reproduce this error)

How can I get the reason?

Maybe this is StaticContentCleaner generating this issue. Have you check if that file exists and if you can open it? What Pega version is it?
