Start My Day setup in Pega Customer Service application
Hi,
I am trying to configure Start My Day feature in Pega Customer Service application in Pega 25 version. I have made configurations to add the Start my day icon to the interaction portal. I need help in understanding the applications setup for them to launch in Start my day. I have installed Pega Robot Studio R25 version and added a windows application(Notepad). What are configurations that i need to make in Pega Robot Studio? and How is Pega Robot Runtime involved in this process? How is the integration made between Pega Customer Service platform and these robotic setup? Need help in answering these questions and detailed steps do the setup so that i can launch applications and utilize start my day feature.

@NarahariR Pega Robotics Runtime is triggered from your Pega Platform application via the Constellation Messaging Service. This service passes the messages from your Pega application to your Robotics Runtime application. Both your Pega application and Robot Runtime should be using the same user. If you are using SSO to login to your platform, you need to configure that for your Runtime as well (see documentation on the Security Token Service).
Assuming the Constellation Messaging Service is configured, you then create a deployment package containing the logic for your Start My Day process (i.e. the apps you want to start, any logic around starting them, any login steps you want to perform, etc.).
