Start Interrogation Error Occurred while doing a sample exercise in window form

When i click on start interrogation,am getting the error(Please find attached in screenshot).Please help to resolve.

In the path property of the adapter, click on the ellipses. In the file explorer window, you should see the executable you're trying to access. If everything is configured correctly and it still isn't working, open an SR referencing this post.

A few questions:
1. It looks like you are trying with calc.exe, does this work with notepad.exe or is this problem exclusive to calc?
2. What version of studio are you on?
3. It appears you are on Windows 10. What version of Windows 10 are you on?
