Windows 10 Interrogation Start Error
Hi,
I started testing my plug in version 8.1037 on Wind 10 machine and the Interrogation start throws an error. The project works fine on Windows 7. Is there issues with Windows 10 and Visual Studio plug in??

Hello Jason,
What Windows 10 build number are you in? There was an issue with the Windows 10 Creator's Update (build 1703). that should be resolved in the latest version. There is also currently an issue with the Windows 10 Fall Creator's Update (Build 1709) which impacts interrogation in certain applications, namely web browsers. The Fall Update issue is actively being worked on.
Regardless, we recommend that you upgrade to the latest version of studio (8.0.1067) on the Windows 10 machine and test there. If you have the Fall Creator's Update we recommend rolling that update back for now, until that issue is resolved.

We are using Windows 10 1703 (OS build 15063.608) Due to this being the only version available at our company I cannot upgrade. We still have access to Windows 7 machines, however when windows 10 is rolled out we will have issues. I will raise this issue.
