error while creating windows form

Hi Team,

I'm getting an error "could not get reference to openspan.dynamicmembers.extensions.iextensiontypeservice " while adding components from toolbox.

I'm having pega 8.0 sample s/w in a windows 7 system.

Please help me to resolve this ASAP.
