Sometimes display UI screen in new Window
Sometimes when I open an UI screen pega was open it in new window. Especially in IE browser.Or login to the system from the URL of the email.
Has anyone ever had the same problem as me? Can you give me some advice? Thank you very much.

Hello,
When you say UI screen, could you elaborate on what screen this is? Are you referring to opening a rule from Designer/Dev studio or from the Portal using the Live UI tool?

I have upload two pictures. When click Dashboard of menu. normal is show as normal.png. but sometimes the new window was popup. like error.png.
Could you give me some suggestion?If need new info for me. please contact me.

Hi ,
Just to confirm, when you click on the dashboard, sometimes it opens in the same window and sometimes in a new window ? Is that right ?
1. have you been able to establish a pattern on when this happens ?
2. Is the behavior particular to IE ?
3. Does the behavior depend on when you launch the portal from designer studio vs logging in it directly as an end user ?

->Sorry,I can't find the rules.

->I feel that IE is more likely to happen. Chrome rarely happens
