sockert timeout can due to many reasons, application code, networking, service implementation to name a few. Please provide details:

1. Pega version

2. Type of connectors (e.g., SOAP, REST) - any customization.

3. Endpoint details (e.g., 3rd party or hosted by another Pega server).

4. Environment details: are there any changes in application server/JDK/configuration recently that could potentially contribute the increasing frequency of timeout.

5. Pega alert/rules logs.

6. Any recent system load changes?

Hi,

If you are using pega as a service then try to find out which activities are being performed by the service.If the cascading activites responds slowly then response of the service is also slow.

If pega is being used as a connector then check with the external service which responds slowly.
