SLAs - Days vs. HH:MM:SS

I am wondering if you can utilize both the Days AND the HH:MM:SS fields for a single SLA? For example, say I needed an SLA of 8 hours and 15 minutes. Would I only use HH:MM:SS to set this SLA as 08:15:00 or could I use the Days to set the SLA as 1 and then HH:MM:SS to set the minutes to 00:15:00?

I should be able to use both however it might be easier for others who follow you to use either one or the other as to not confuse or miss the additional configuration.
