SLAs - Days vs. HH:MM:SS
I am wondering if you can utilize both the Days AND the HH:MM:SS fields for a single SLA? For example, say I needed an SLA of 8 hours and 15 minutes. Would I only use HH:MM:SS to set this SLA as 08:15:00 or could I use the Days to set the SLA as 1 and then HH:MM:SS to set the minutes to 00:15:00?
