Date Format to be dd.MM.yyyy hh:mm:ss' across the application

We have the customer requirement for date format like dd.MM.yyyy hh:MM:ss. GMT.

We need this format to be applied throughout the application.

Currently, it is required to change the format at various places like Dashboards, widgets, email attachments etc in the Pega UI during development.

We would like to know of the possible way to apply this change across the application.

Kindly provide a feasible approach to achieve the same.
