How to compare PxCreateDateTime (Timestamp format) with date format DD.MM.YYYY?

We have a requirement where pxCreateDateTime (Timestamp format) compare with the date in the delegated data type which is present in the format (dd.mm.yyyy ) , also the case will be created from sap and sent to pega.  The case will run based on the date comparison. How can we convert 20210324T102431.584 GMT (Timestamp format) into (dd.mm.yyyy ) Format? Since client wants only DD.MM.YYYY format to be entered in data type. In that case how can we compare these two formats?
