How to convert a "dd.mm.yyyy" format string to Date?
I get a "dd.mm.yyyy" format string and I need to convert it to Data or "YYYYMMDDT000000.000 GMT" format.
How can I do it?

Hi,
You can also use the 'parse' API:
PRDateFormat.parse will convert the String to a Date object.
java.util.Date myDate = PRDateFormat.parse(locale, TimeZone, dateFormat, datestring)
ex : PRDateFormat.parse("en_US", "GMT", "yyyy-MM-dd", "2016-01-01");
it parses the dateString , and gives the date Object as "Fri Jan 01 00:00:00 GMT 2016"

Try using PRDateFormat.parseAsDateTime(null, null, format, text) method. Below are the details about this method.
parseAsDateTime(java.lang.String aLocale, java.lang.String aZone, java.lang.String[] aPatterns, java.lang.String aValue)
You provide a list of patterns in an attempt to guess the correct format.

Hi, I have similar requirement. Have to convert "mm-dd-yyyy" date format to ISO format i.e. "yyyymmdd" format. And I am getting date from webservice is of Date type. Any leads, please do help.
