Showing SOPs for Users in Application
Do we have an existing pattern for showing content related to SOPs?
We should be able to show to end users.

There are a number of Pega Knowledge pricing scenarios:
1) Included in bundles for internal users: Included in per user purchase of Customer Service & Sales bundles (Tier II and above)
2) Internal Only Use/Add On To Pega Application (referring to custom Pega applications, not CS or SA referenced above)
3) External Customers: The # of Customers now serves as proxy for # of views, which provides improved price certainty to customers.
