Show same section in edit and review mode

I have a created a section(Personal Information), not part of any case. I am suppose to show the same section as read only in modal window and in editable mode if user performs search. What is the best way to do this?

When you try to do a section include of Personal information, there will be an option to show it whether in Read only or Editable mode in Presentation tab of section include cell properties.
