Show new cases created in Pega 7 in old harnesses and viceversa

Hello,

Taking into account that we have upgraded from version 5 to 7 and that customer is still using both versions.

What needs to be implemented to be able to render new cases on old harnesses/skins and vice versa?

Hi Laura,

I found this article for general guidance on upgrade/migration to Pega 7. This contains access to documentation regarding upgrade/migration to Pega 7. https://pdn.pega.com/forums/pega-upgrade-center . You may post your question on the section as well.

However, I would greatly appreciate if other community members to share any tips/suggestions based on your experiences that might help Laura out.
