Should I install update 1809 for Windows 10?
I'm running Robotic Automation Studio on Windows 10. Should I install Update 1809?

No. We have identified conflicts between Pega Robotic Automation and Internet Explorer and we recommend that you do not install this update.
In fact, you should have received an Alert email from Robotic Automation support about this. Check your email. If you did not receive an Alert, contact your account executive and ask to be included in the list of Robotic Automation contacts.

Our clients already migrated to Update 1809 as per security policy.
Is there any workaround i can use to keep the solution functioning until a hotfix is rolled out .?

You must uninstall MS Update 1809 for Robotic Automation to work correctly. Also open a support request and report this issue so we can be sure to contact you as soon as we have a resolution.
