Does the Robot working on the 32-bit Windows 7 also work on 64-bit Windows 10? One of our customers is asking it.

Probably not. There are a lot of factors that are different so it most likely will not work.

Thank you for your answer. Is it mainly coming from the bit difference, or from the Windows version difference?

Do we need to do the development all over again when migrating the operating system?
