I'm facing exception when trying to import zip files via import wizard on Pega 7.3.1,
I'm using tomcat and Postgres sql as servers

You need to give a lot more context than this to guide you in the right direction.
1. What zip file are you trying to import ? What are the contents of it ? is it a core Pega shipped artifact/RAP or your custom rules moving from one environment to another ? Are there big differences in the imported zip version (source where it was built and target where its being imported ?)
2. Was it an upgrade environment from older versions and if so did all the upgrade steps were completed ?
3. Is there anything Pega Marketing specific in the RAP you are trying to import ?
