The log that you shared is showing below exceptions:
java.io.FileNotFoundException: C:\\PRPCPersonalEdition\\tomcat\\lib\\pdq.jar
com.ibm.db2.jcc.am.SqlSyntaxErrorException: DB2 SQL Error: SQLCODE=-204, SQLSTATE=42704, SQLERRMC=RULES.PR4_BASE, DRIVER=4.24.92\
Could you please provide the below information:
1. Could you please check if the pdq.jar is present in the lib folder(the path mentioned in the exception) or not.
2. Have you done any recent upgrade/update or is it a fresh pega installation.
3. What version of Pega are you using?
4. What version of jdbc driver you are using?
