ServiceLevelEvents agent appears as not running
Dear Mr/Mrs,
We've observed in our preproduction environment that all cases using an SLA on a flow are not moved further as expected. We have a wait shape on a flow and an SLA configured to perform a flow action after short interval (30s), lower environment 2 minutes.
We checked and cleared SLA agent queue, removed all broken items, right now we're at cca 8000 intems in the queue. We attempted to trace the agent, though the tracer is not picking it's run immediatelly which suggests to us that the agent might not run every 30s as anticipated. Log file also shows often message "Agent Queue for ServiceLevelEvents not found". We use OOTB configuration. We restarted the environment, we restarted the agent.
Using PDC we observe that the historical agent data show no values in last run end time and in run duration.

In comparison any other environment we checked (development, integration, production) has these values and no observed problem with the servicelevelevents agent.
