The service URL xx.xx.xx.xx:xxxx does not start with a protocol and hostname

getting the connector exception when tried to connect connrect-rest service from pega, but issue is not happening when connecting to service from Post man. Can any one help me on this issue please?

Error:

com.pega.pegarules.pub.services.ConnectorException: The service URL xx.xx.xx.xx:xxxx does not start with a protocol and hostname

@Avik Mitra yes end point is right, for security reasons just kept xx. It was fine till friday. started seeing this error today only. I don't see any change from pega side.
