Push Engine is not yet started or starting has failed error in logs

Hi,

We are getting a lot of  error in log for the below error. As per the below link it says its a product bug in 7.2.2. 

Still in Pega 8.4 this error is not fixed?

Error occurred publishing the notification:com.pega.pegarules.priv.session.serverpush.PushServiceException: com.pega.pegarules.session.external.serverpush.PushException: Push Engine is not yet started or starting has failed.

@TariniDash Any luck with this, we are facing the same issue, when uploading attachments to a repository instead of pega database.

Related to this, I am checking on how channel is configured https://community.pega.com/knowledgebase/articles/reference/86/publish-notifications
