Seeing the Error message as (This request for information cannot be processed (another request is currently being processed).) while implementing the Directed Web Access.
It is showing the following error message (This request for information cannot be processed (another request is currently being processed).) when the user clicks the link in the email sent from pega for external assignment.

Generally this error appears when user tries to open the DWA link second time in the same email or in a different email as PRPC only allows one DWA link per requestor.So,once can you try closing the browser window before clicking the DWA link and let me know the response?
