Section 8; Case Management: Exercise
I am in section 8 of the Business Architect Essentials course. This is the Configuring a case type exercise. I'm at the end where you "Verify your work" and "Test the Assistance request case life cycle"
After "Save and Run" I got an error message that says, "The Assistance request case type does not yet have any fields defined."
This error makes sense because the exercise steps didn't include instructions to define any fields.
So, it seems to me that the "Verify you work" steps are not possible.
Is that right, or am I missing something?

What you're seeing isn't an error, it's the contents of the Create view.
The Create view - which is one of three user views automatically created when you create a case type - models the contents of the first form presented to the user when running a case. The form defaults to displaying properties created for the case type. Since you only modeled the process, and not any data, the form is behaving correctly when it reports that no fields have been defined for the case type.
You should be able to click Done in the upper right corner of the form to move to the next step in the Assistance Request case life cycle.

You may have encountered a caching issue as well and the following steps can help remedy this.
- Log out of current Academy sessions
- Very important, you must close all active browser tabs/windows
- Completely clear browser cache and cookies
- Restart browser and retry
If issue persists try a different browser brand or start an Incognito session in Chrome and try again (this only works if you don’t have the same error in the other browsers). Performing the last step in either Incognito or in a totally different browser should produce the right result.
