How to switch from Case manager to case designer in Exercise system?

I'm taking the CSA course. In the open exercise system, I changed the profile to point to case manager for creating new categories for reports topic. Now I'm trying to create parent and child case types. But when the exercise system opens it is opening in Case manager mode. I'm not able to edit the profile to change back to Case designer. I can only able to switch between case manager and user portal.

Can somebody please guide me how to proceed further on this?
