Secondary email address is not showing in pyTO
We have a primary mail box and there are multiple secondary email address associated to this Primary mail box. While we are sending an email to the secondary email address, in the listener activity, the secondary email address is not capturing in pyTo property. No where the secondary email address is capturing in the listener activity. But we need this secondary email address to be captured to map this to a workbasket. Could anyone help us in resolving this issue?

Hi Akhil,
If you enable debug on com.pega.pegarules.integration.engine.internal.services.email.EmailListener, this will show what the listener is getting from the email server. My guess is that the email server is not giving Pega the secondary email address information. Either the email server needs to be adjusted to give the secondary email address instead (I don't know if that's possible) or you could potentially have a custom header added to the email and then configure Pega to capture and map it. You will need to engage with your email server administrators on this.
