how to Set list of Email Address in smart shape Email Pega
Hi, i would like to share my problem. me and my team currently build application which have email feature. the email willl send to more than one email address whose belong to our customers. what should we do when we want set list of email address(ex : [email protected], Proprietary information hidden, Proprietary information hidden)?. how to set the list of email address, should we use data transforms as property and then call it in "from" email address in smart shape email ?. thank you very much.

I believe you can send . All you need is form the string by concatinating the email id and pass it.
So if you want to use the operator's email id field, then use a data transform to create the entire string as stated in the post here https://pdn.pega.com/community/pega-product-support/question/send-email-multiple-users

You can write the logic in activity to send to multiple persons and call sendcorr activity.

Thank you for fast response Mr. Kaurg and Mr. DharanitharanR. i'm just curious can we send the email base on email property in operatorID ?. we use list of email property in OperatorID as email address, so we do not need fill the email textfield when we run the case to send email. thank you very much.
