Screen Rendering Issue

Hi All,

We have recently moved to windows 10 while logging in to the application using Edge Browser we have screen rendering issue at one particular list view where the list of work objects will be visible. The screen renders as if it has been masked so no work objects are visible.

The screen renders properly in IE 11. Attaching the images for reference.

Hi Prasanna,

May I know the PRPC version that you are currently using ? From 7.2 list views are deprecated . 

List view rules and summary view rules use framesets to provide a view of drill-down reports. However, HTML5 does not support framesets, so list view and summary view reports are not displayed correctly in newer browsers with stricter standards compliance, such as Microsoft Edge.      You should upgrade it to Report definition if  your current version is 7.2+  .

Hi,

we are currently using 7.1.9 and issue is not uniform as it is happening only at particular screen which i have attached already.

We have other list view screens in our application those are rendering properly without any issues.

Hi Praveen ,

As per latest platform guide ,For Windows 10 ,  Only IE11 is supported for Pega 7.1.x.
