Screen refreshes automatically and looses all data entered, when there are validations errors
we have upgraded our application from Pega 6.2 to Pega 7.1, we have one flow actions with few editable fields and validations written for those fields, when we submit the flow actions, system displays the validation error messages for half second and then automatically refreshes the screen, removing all the data entered and validation error messages displayed. Has anyone faced this i kind of issue any time, if so could you please suggest any solution. We use CPMHC frame work. The same screen is working fine in 6.2, Attached the screen differences in 6.2 and 7.1

Please enable stream rules option under settings in tracer and check the root cause for automatic refresh of your screen.
