sample population

As I'm on creating a sample population following the instructions in the "Pega Marketing User Guide 8.2",I cannot run and error message appeared which is attached to this article.

As a premise, I don't have customer data.
Following is questions I want to solve.

1)Why this error message appear??
This error is caused by not having customer data??

If we see pega marketing installation guide "https://community.pega.com/knowledgebase/documents/pega-marketing-82-installation-guide"

In the prerequisite it says Customer Data schema should be created. Try to create Customer Data schema and see of that resolves your issue.
