Report Samples
If possible, i would like to have a link that discusses Pega's standard reports in depth that can be used with optimized data and also shows a bunch of samples. Also, it is possible to create a turn around time (TAT) report that displays as a number(decimal) for the TAT. Although I am a student, I am also a customer and I requested a TAT report in number(decimal) and i was told it's a technical limitation. My TAT report shows TAT like this: 1 Day, 4 hours.

Also, could you clarify your definition of "turn around time"?
Do you mean (A) average time per task within a case or (B) time to complete an entire case?
In a Manager portal, "A" reports are categorized as Analyze Performance" and "B" reports are categorized as "Analyze Performance".
You would not find a report that shows duration in (B) since those reports focus on how well the case performed in terms of meeting the overall SLA (Goal vs Deadline).
Please share the report you referred to when you said: "My TAT report shows TAT like this: 1 Day, 4 hours"
