Runtime: incorrect package option
When agent clicks on OpenSpanRuntime.exe, incorrect package options are displayed apart from the packages assigned to the agents in OMC.
Ex. in OMC we have assigned Staging and Production package to agents and agent could see Development and Testing packages which we have not assigned.

This will likely require someone to look at your configurations and examine your logs and assignments. Assuming you have already done that, then I would suggest you open a request with support.
