PEGA RunTime Unable to download the package

Hi Team,

We have upgrade our platform to 7.4 and we are able to publish the solution.

We tried to run the solution by assign the package and test the solution.

We are able to launch the runtime and login.

But once we login we are getting "Error Downloading Package".

Kindly help same
