Unload Runtime Package from Pega Runtime Using CMD

HI All,

The way we can load a project using cmd by writing c:\<installation Path for Pega>\OpenSpan.Runtime.exe Project="<Prjoectpath\ProjectName.openspan>" .

Can we unload the project using cmd without stopping/killing the current running Pega runtime instance?
