Runtime application Error

Calc.exe / iexplorer.exe   Rundll32.exe working fine in the developer system , but application not working in the runtime VM.

Application error - The Application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000005)

What OS (include version) and Runtime version are you using on the VM? What start method are you using to start the application/adapters? Can you check if Openspan services are running on the runtime VM?
