Rulesetversion skimming
Skimming helps us to keep the rulebase count minimal always to ensure that the rule resolution time(s) are optimal. Shall we capture any metrics related to rule resolution that we shall better leverage to determine when to start planning to do skim..If so, what tables have metrics related to this?(rule resolution time..etc).

PR_PERF_STATS table has performance related metrics capture, we just have to know the right columns(fields) that indicates more time spent on rule resolution so that we shall infer the need to do skimming soon.

Thanks for the update. In addition to the above,I have found some columns in the table pr_perf_stats that can be used to gather metrics related to rule resolution..pxrulebrowseelapsed,pxrulebrowseCPU.. The metrics here is an indicator of how much time is spent on rule resolution and skimming shall be planned based on the avg value of these fields.
