Skimming Rulesets

In the lesson it states that lower verson of the skimmed rulesets can be deleted. Now we have class rules that are not versioned by anyhow is tied to a certain version of a ruleset. What is the suggested way to deal with this, when you have multiple class rules scattered over multiple versions?

The are multiple ways customers deal with this, however the easiest may be to do a merge with the higher RuleSet to include only the new classes.
