I have created a simple pipeline to deploy code from Dev to QA. I have added PegaDevOpsFoundation as a built on app to my current app but still the deployment fails with the below error:

Failed to find a 'RULE-OBJ-ACTIVITY' with the name 'RUNTASKWRAPPER' that applies to 'PegaDevOps-Int-Task'. There were 2 rules with this name in the rulebase, but none matched this request. The 2 rules named 'RUNTASKWRAPPER' defined in the rulebase are: 2 related to applies-to class 'PegaDevOps-Int-Task', but were defined in rulesets which are not in your rulesetlist: {PegaDeploymentManagerAgent:06-01-01, PegaDeploymentManagerAgent:06-01-02}.

The ruleset list in the error message does not list PegaDeploymentManagerAgent ruleset even though it is part of my application stack.
