Specialised App Build on top of Deployment Manager
At my client we have developed an enhancement to our DevOps end-to-end processes in the shape of a new App which we plan to put on top of Deployment Manager. This app will provide us (client Pega CoE team) with guardrail, design and configuration information from the dev and test environments to help the teams finding issues that were not picked up by manual reviews.
In the first version it enables us to manually record other types of information about Stories, development, testing during the manual reviews and other aspects in the end-to-end DevOps processes.
In our next version we want to hook up to the dev and test environments to pick up guardrails into and other relevant info for our design reviews and as part of enhanced Quality Gates in the merge and deployment processes. We are planning to deploy this on our Pega Cloud DevOps environment because that environment already has interfaces to all the other environments so we can piggyback on that infrastructure.
Furthermore we do not want to run this as a business App on any of our prod environments because it is not an App for business users but purely functionality to better manage development, testing and deployment quality, activities and tasks and we view that as part of DevOps. Does anyone (Pega Product Management?) know if this conforms with the Pega cloud and Deployment Manager support policies?
We are not planning to touch Deployment Manager App itself, just add another App on top.

Have already raised CC and SR cases but that process doesn't work for this type of question so therefore posting here.
