PRPCUtils (7.1.9) -- Post deployment rules not getting picked
We had did only rule RAP migration (no db schema Changes included) post deployment,
Without Restart - Rules not getting picked
With restart - Rules getting picked.
Do we need server restart each time when we do deployment using PRPCUtils utility (With Jenkins) ?
I don't want to restart server for simple release what could be the solution like can we run any utility which will clear rule cache from server or any other approach ?

In Pega 7.1.9, Hazelcast is used to propagate the changes from one node to the other nodes in the cluster. Can you check the PegaHAZELCAST logs around the time of the deployment? Do you see the prpcUtils node in the cluster membership list?

It is a single node environment which was hosted in Pega Cloud. Any other options that we need to check.

When using the command line import, another node is created so it would need to be able to join the cluster with your existing node. The logs should show whether that occurred.
