PegaDevOpsFoundation_5 zip file missing in Deployment Manager 5.5.4 installation download

Downloaded the latest version of Deployment Manager 5.5.4 for an upgrade. The downloaded file has only PegaDeploymentManager_5.x.zip and not PegaDevOpsFoundation_5.x.zip. In the below document, it says we need PegaDevOpsFoundation_5 file to be imported into the orchestration and candidate environments.

Could you please share the PegaDevOpsFoundation_5.x.zip file or let me know where it can be found?
