Robot Manager showing error after robot successfully completes work

This screen capture shows the last bit of an automation.

In the case overview it shows pega received the RoboticsCode and RoboticsMessage set by the automation.

However in Robot Manager it shows the job encountered an unexpected error

How can I troubleshoot this to find and fix the error?

Hi @DanQuinlog,

Unexpected errors happen when the bot successfully sends the results back but the service call fails to update the case with the results. This might be because the case is being locked at the time the robot tries to update it or because the case status has been updated while the robot has been processing the case and the robotic assignment is no longer valid.

Could you verify these two scenarios and confirm?
