Rich Text Editor horizontal scroll bar in iPad is not visible.
Horizontal scroll bar is not coming for Rich text editor in iPad. Due to this, user form is truncated as attached below.

On reviewing the SR, we see that it is resolved as an issue with the 3rd party CK Editor tool. The issue is already been reported to CKEditor team and confirmed its a bug in their product, please find the reference URL below.
