Retrieve past records of cases
How can we access the past records of the different cases which are resolved or in pending state. So from where I can get the all the records of the case in which the information filled by the user.

@KULDEEPB0539 Create a report in work pool layer or Work- and enable Report on descendant class instances option from data access tab and add respective filter as per your requirement. For e.g. Add filter on pyStatusWork to not Resolved to fetch the open cases.

Create a report definition in work class. In that report definition give the filter conditions by using the pyStatusWork property.
In the edit columns give the pyID and pyStatusWork as columns. Run the report definition and you will get the all the cases information.

Create a RD in Work class and enable Report on descendant class instances in data access tab to fetch WO/records from different classes in that work pool.
